The Quality of Thoughts Recovery Tee takes that idea and puts it inside the visual language of Soberminds®. Marcus Aurelius sits beneath the oversized THOUGHTS graphic while the Soberminds green cuts across his eyes. The design is intentionally stark: black, stone, and one unmistakable hit of green.
The idea behind it is bigger than Stoicism. Changing your circumstances can matter. Changing what you repeatedly tell yourself matters too. Recovery, discipline, identity, and starting over all eventually force the same confrontation: what are you allowing to live in your own head?
