Thank you for purchasing digital products from Soberminds Lifestyle®. This policy explains how our digital downloads are delivered, accessed, and licensed.
Instant Delivery
All Soberminds Field Guides and other digital products are delivered electronically.
After successful payment, your download will be available immediately through your order confirmation page and may also be delivered to the email address used during checkout.
No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.
Download Access
If you experience difficulty downloading your purchase, contact us at info@sobermindslifestyle.com.
Please include your name, order number, and a description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all digital purchases are generally considered final once access has been provided.
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, received the wrong file, or experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.
Personal Use License
Unless otherwise stated, all Soberminds digital products are licensed for personal use only.
Your purchase allows you to download, save, and print copies for your own personal use.
You may not:
