We offer both made-to-order apparel and instant digital products. Every physical item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, helping reduce waste while ensuring premium quality. This policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Production Time

Most Soberminds apparel is made to order after your purchase is placed.

Orders typically enter production within 1 business day, with most products being manufactured within 2–5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or periods of unusually high demand, production times may be longer.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order is shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

United States: Approximately 3–10 business days after fulfillment.
International: Approximately 5–20 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your destination, selected shipping method, and the products included in your order.

All shipping charges are displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating after the carrier receives your package.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages because products can be fulfilled from different production facilities.

This is completely normal and does not necessarily mean that part of your order is missing.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because most Soberminds products are made to order, production begins shortly after an order is placed.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@sobermindslifestyle.com.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@sobermindslifestyle.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after production has begun.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your shipment appears delayed or your tracking information has stopped updating, contact us with your order number.

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to help locate your shipment whenever possible.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, or your property’s management office before contacting us.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in your purchase unless specifically stated during checkout.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections that are outside our control.

Digital Products

Soberminds Field Guides and other digital downloads are delivered electronically.

No physical shipment is required.

Digital products become available immediately after successful payment unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Access is provided through your order confirmation page, your account (when applicable), and/or your purchase confirmation email.
