Soberminds Lifestyle® is an independent lifestyle brand built around recovery, identity, discipline, intentional living, and personal growth. We create premium apparel, editorial Field Guides, and educational content for people rebuilding their lives.
What are Soberminds Field Guides?
Our Field Guides are premium editorial workbooks designed to encourage reflection, self-awareness, and intentional growth.
Each guide contains thoughtfully written chapters, guided questions, and space for personal reflection.
Are the Field Guides physical books?
Unless otherwise stated, our Field Guides are delivered as digital PDF downloads.
No physical shipment is required.
How do I receive my digital download?
After successful payment, your download becomes available immediately through your order confirmation page and may also be sent to the email address used during checkout.
If you have trouble accessing your purchase, contact us and we’ll help you.
Can I print my Field Guides?
Yes.
Your purchase includes a personal-use license that allows you to print your own copy for personal use.
Commercial printing, redistribution, or resale is not permitted.
How long does shipping take?
Most apparel is produced within 2–5 business days.

- United States: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–20 business days

Can I return my order?
Eligible physical products may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because most Soberminds apparel is made to order, production begins shortly after your purchase.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your request and work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
I haven’t received my download. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder.
If you still can’t locate your download, email

and we’ll help you access your purchase.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No.
