When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider — we never store your card details.
When you sign up for Drop Notes or download the free guide, we collect your email address. That’s it. We use it to send you what you signed up for.
When you visit the site, standard data is collected automatically — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site. This comes through Google Analytics and helps us understand what’s working.
How We Use It
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and occasionally send emails about new drops or brand updates — only if you opted in.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties except those required to operate the business — payment processors, shipping fulfillment, and email service providers.
