About the Founder
Soberminds Lifestyle® was founded by Mark Tuten, whose own journey through addiction, recovery, loss, rebuilding, and personal growth became the foundation for the brand.
What began as a personal commitment to live differently has grown into a lifestyle brand dedicated to helping others pursue intentional living, ownership, resilience, and meaningful change.
The lessons shared through Soberminds aren’t offered from a place of perfection—they’re offered from lived experience.
