Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@sobermindslifestyle.com before sending anything back. We’ll confirm eligibility and give you the return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Wrong Items
If your order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — that’s on us. Email info@sobermindslifestyle.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and in original condition. Email info@sobermindslifestyle.com with your order number and the size you need.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. Then contact us at info@sobermindslifestyle.com.
